Hot Water                          1 Lb. (674 gr.)

Chocolate  Syrup                            6 Oz

Barry Callebaut Glazing Paste

Sprinkles

Crunchy Pearls

Hazelnut Crocanti

BROWNIE:

Prepare the Brownie (watch the process here)

Add the Syrup and 3 oz. of liquor of your choice.

Cool and shred

Melt the Paste to glaze.

ASSEMBLY AND FINISH

• Form 1 oz.

• Insert a stick and bring it to cool.

• Then bathe each piece in the melted glaze paste.

• Decorate with sprinkles, hazelnut crocanti or pearls.
