Chocolate Syrup 6 Oz
Barry Callebaut Glazing Paste
Sprinkles
Crunchy Pearls
Hazelnut Crocanti
DOWNLOAD RECIPE
BROWNIE:
• Prepare the Brownie (watch the process here)
• Add the Syrup and 3 oz. of liquor of your choice.
• Cool and shred
• Melt the Paste to glaze.
ASSEMBLY AND FINISH
• Form 1 oz.
• Insert a stick and bring it to cool.
• Then bathe each piece in the melted glaze paste.
• Decorate with sprinkles, hazelnut crocanti or pearls.
