• Bavarian Farmers Base 50% 5Lbs. (2,267 gr.)
• Instant yeast 1 1/2 Lbs. (680 gr.)
• Water 6 Lbs. 8 Oz. (3,084 gr.)
• Formula One Improver 3/4 Oz. (22 gr.)
• Salt 2 Oz. (211 gr.)
DOWNLOAD RECIPE
• Mix all ingredients.
• If it is a 4-speed machine, beat 8 minutes on 2nd. and from 1 to 2 minutes in 3rd. speed.
• Hit the dough.
• Let stand between 15-20 minutes.
ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING
• Flour the molds to be used.
• Cut pieces of 18 ounces or 1Lb. per loaf.
• Place the irregular area, downwards. On previously floured molds or decorate them to your liking (see video).
• Bring to ferment for 30 or 40 minutes.
• Once fermented, cut and bake at 400ºF for 40 minutes.
